Loading ...28 ноября 2008 года к иммиграционному закону IRPA были приняты изменения и объявлено о трех категориях заявителей, от кого будут приниматься заявления по программе Skilled Worker:
Категория 1. Лица, имеющие опыт работы по специальности, входящей в разработанный список 38 приоритетных специальностей. При этом достаточно иметь хотя бы 1 год стажа работы по данной специальности в течение последних десяти лет.
Категория 2. Лица, имеющие приглашение на работу от канадского работодателя (оформленное по определенным требованиям).
Категория 3. Лица, прожившие на территории Канады минимум 1 год по студенческой или рабочей визе.
Ниже приводится список 38 приоритетных специальностей, которым будет руководствоваться министерство гражданства и иммиграции Канады.
